Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) PVC also exhibits exceptional durability, and works well in flexible bellow applications and many seat designs.
PVC, or plastisol, is the first material North Coast rotationally molded. It remains one of our main raw materials. Currently North Coast specializes in flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid PVC. Due to the flexibility of all plastisols when demolded, any amount of undercuts can be designed into a product. The PVC can also produce very precise details. 
Polyethylene and Polyolefin
We currently mold a wide range of materials, including Low Density Polyethylene, Linear Low Density Polyethylene, High Density Polyethylene, Crosslink Polyethylene, and Polypropylene.
North Coast is able to meet customers’ requirements of custom-colored, compounded polyethylene formulated with FDA and NSF approved materials.
