Having years of experience with a variety of rotational molding techniques, North Coast Custom Molding can provide the support needed in designing your plastic and PVC parts. Our staff has the ability to draw prints from sample parts and adapt them to make your concept a successful project.
Tooling (Molds)
If a new mold is needed, we work together with you and one of our mold makers to make your design a reality. In the case of an existing mold, North Coast can modify the mounting brackets to make the mold compatible with our machines.
Secondary Finishing & Special Packaging
When assembly is required to finish a molded product, North Coast can fully assemble each part and ship directly to you or drop-ship to a designated location. Foam Filled North Coast has the facility to offer foam filled products. The foam filling department features both flexible and rigid polyurethane foams. Molded in Graphics Insert Molding Spin Welding Spin welding fittings, inserts, and sensors to a wide range of parts can be done easily.
Graphics can be included as part of the molding process.
